Hi, I’m Jon, a lifelong educator, creative and now, freelance photographer from Toronto, Canada.

Here on my website, I curate galleries that showcase my passion for photography – especially in black and white and experiments editing with splashes of colour.  On my blog, I share how I capture moments of my world along with the structures and places that frame them from behind my camera lens.

I first caught the photography bug as a kid when my parents bought me a Kodak Instamatic X-15F. I immediately began documenting everything around me in pictures, waiting with anticipation to see how each developed roll would turn out. Over the years, I purchased a variety of different cameras and continued to explore the field of photography. A few years back, my creative process led me to investing in my first DSLR and venturing into the domain of digital photography and all it has to offer. The photos you view and read about here are the results of this ongoing journey.
